StreameyeQ is a membership platform that connects streamers on YouTube and Kick with their audience. Fans can financially support verified streamers and reserve a turn to "take the mic" during a live stream. By creating an account or using StreameyeQ you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use StreameyeQ. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Streamers must link a channel they own; impersonating another creator is prohibited.
Streamers must meet minimum public requirements (currently 100 followers and 5 published videos) verified through the public data of their YouTube or Kick channel. StreameyeQ may approve, revoke or suspend a channel at its discretion, for example in case of fraud or abuse.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; StreameyeQ does not store card details. Each contribution is automatically split between the streamer and the platform according to the fee shown at the time of payment. Contributions are held in escrow until the streamer's live stream is verified; only then is the streamer's share released. If a stream cannot be verified, refunds may be issued at StreameyeQ's discretion.
Paying for a support tier may grant a place in the streamer's mic queue. The order is determined by tier amount and time of payment. The streamer manages the queue and reasonably decides the duration and format of each turn. A completed turn is not refundable.
Harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, payment fraud, chargebacks abuse and any attempt to manipulate verification data are prohibited and may lead to suspension and withholding of pending payouts as permitted by law.
Streamers retain the rights to their content. StreameyeQ, its logo and interface are property of the platform. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
StreameyeQ is provided "as is". We are not a party to the interactions between streamers and fans during streams, and we are not responsible for stream content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreameyeQ's liability is limited to the amount of fees received from you in the last 12 months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. You may close your account at any time. Provisions on payments, liability and disputes survive termination.
YouTube, Kick, Twitch, TikTok, X, Facebook and any other platforms mentioned are independent companies with no affiliation, sponsorship or partnership with StreameyeQ. StreameyeQ makes no promises on their behalf. Earning money through StreameyeQ is not guaranteed and depends on each streamer's audience and activity.
