StreameyeQ ("we") is the data controller of the personal data processed through this platform. Contact: info@innovatoni.com
Account data: name, email and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). Streamer data: the public handle of your YouTube or Kick channel and its public statistics (followers, videos, live status). Payment data: amounts, support tier, optional message to the streamer and payment status. Card details are handled exclusively by our payment provider and never reach our servers. Technical data: essential session cookies and your language preference.
To provide the service (contract): accounts, channel verification, payments, escrow and mic queue. To comply with legal obligations: tax and anti-fraud records. Legitimate interest: platform security and abuse prevention. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
We only use essential cookies: httpOnly session tokens to keep you signed in, and localStorage for your language and cookie choice. We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. That is why our banner only asks you to acknowledge essential use.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Public channel data is retrieved from the YouTube Data API and the Kick public API. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Verification records of streams are kept to justify escrow releases.

Passwords are stored with bcrypt hashing, sessions use httpOnly secure cookies and access to production data is restricted. No system is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures.
