Question 1

What is StreameyeQ?

Accepted Answer

A membership-style platform where fans support their favourite streamers, take the mic during live shows, and fund debates between creators — with secure payments and escrow.

Question 2

How do I verify my channel?

Accepted Answer

Link your YouTube or Kick channel. We automatically check your real follower and video counts, and the minimum requirements are configurable by the admin.

Question 3

Which platforms are supported?

Accepted Answer

Right now StreameyeQ supports YouTube and Kick with real follower verification. More platforms (like TikTok and Facebook Gaming) may be added later.

Question 4

How do payments and escrow work?

Accepted Answer

Fans pay through Stripe. The money is held in escrow until we confirm your live stream actually happened; only then is the streamer's share released.

Question 5

What fee does StreameyeQ charge?

Accepted Answer

A configurable platform fee is taken from each payment (set by the admin) and the streamer keeps the rest. Everything is split automatically and transparently.

Question 6

What is the mic queue?

Accepted Answer

Fans pay to take the mic during a live show. They're ordered by support tier and amount, so the streamer knows who's next.

Question 7

How do debates and the pot split work?

Accepted Answer

Fans fund a debate between two verified streamers. After the show, the audience votes and the pot is split (by default 70% winner, 20% loser, 10% StreameyeQ — configurable).

Question 8

How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Connect your bank via Stripe Connect. Your share is transferred automatically once the escrow is released.

Question 9

Is it safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a fan's money stays in escrow until the live stream is verified, protecting both the fan and the streamer.

Question 10

How do I get a refund or more info about my payment?
